1. Services

Prime Web Pvt. Ltd. provides digital services including but not limited to: IT consulting, UI/UX design, Web development, Logo & graphic design, Branding & promotion, Digital marketing and SEO optimizations. All services are subject to a formal service agreement signed between the client and Prime Web Pvt. Ltd.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Not to use our services for any illegal or unethical purpose

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in individual project agreements. Prime Web Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Prime Web Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prime Web Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

8. Amendments

Prime Web Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
